How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused puzzles. Items must be in their original shrink-wrap packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
What should I do if my puzzle is missing a piece?
We take quality control seriously, but if you find a piece is missing, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the completed puzzle for a replacement.
What materials are your puzzles made from?
Holiyay Puzzles are crafted from premium, 100% recycled blue board and finished with a non-toxic, matte linen coating to reduce glare and ensure durability.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Yes! You can select the gift wrap option at checkout and include a personalized message that we will hand-write on a Holiyay-themed postcard.
